The 11-week Alpha course is now established as one of the primary tools for Christian evangelism across the World. It is used by a wide range of different Christian denominations including the Roman Catholic Church. Whilst the course remains essentially the same, materials are available to allow Alpha to be deployed in a number of different contexts e.g. Alpha in Prison, Alpha in a Catholic Context, Alpha for Forces. Alpha is extremely well produced with high quality materials and step-by-step guides to putting on a course. It is one of the key components of the Divine Renovation programme.
